A very nice old and newly remodelled hotel, I loved it, staff was exceptionally helpful. The room was neat and brand-new with a mini-fridge-bar, a seating area, and a work desk. The beds were comfortable and the breakfasts were large.

We stayed in a huge and big sizeroom with the style of the 20's, the internet, good decor. This was a great location so close to a tube as well as the metro area.

The hotel was stunningly beautiful and unique, the decorations were classic. We stayed in a huge and bigroom with the bedroom, a hot tub. This was a great location very close to the restaurant, the Mitchell Park Domes and the Bradley Center.

The hotel's location is convenient as it is close to downtown, making it easy to access events and attractions in the area. Additionally, the cafe in the hotel offers a nice place to grab a bite to eat.
The room's cleanliness could be improved, as there were issues with peeling wallpaper and a backed-up bathtub drain.

the only hotel I have stayed at in Wis that I could not get Milwauee Brewer game on TV. I believe they could have a better selection of TV channels. thankyou D Wake

The design of the hotel, the room and how close it was to shopping and tourist attractions. The staff was very friendly and was very helpful in helping us make decisions on what to do in the city. Every place we explored was much to our satisfaction. We plan on returning soon..if not often.

Rooms were large. Beds and pillows were comfortable
Was not given the room I requested and received very little help from the front office (night manager in particular) hotel is not in a great part of town to say the least. The shower/bathtub floor was unstable and not firmly attached...sort of like surfing in your shower. Not safe!
